Wouldn't give them a 1 star! Had Briony as our financial adviser had everything done and she completely ignored us and our emails. When she did reply 5 months later saying she will finish our application that week we again didn't hear from her. Only to then find out she left this company. Had Paul call and he was just rude from the start on the phone, advised him we weren't happy and he just said move on as that was in the past. I'm sorry but no need to be rude, we've waited 10months to still have nothing in place and all you say is move on.. definitely won't be going there.
